Northern Michigan Land and Timber is a relatively new company specializing in vacant timber land and recreational properties.  However, I personally have over 15 Years of Experience in Vacant Land in Michigan and Northern Wisconsin.  I have been involved with the sale, management and development of over 7000 acres of land. I have extensive experience with timber sales, land sales, easements, woods road construction, as well as many other activities involving vacant land.

We are also in the market to buy Vacant Acreage. We are looking for 20 to 80 acre parcels located in the Northern part of Upper Michigan. If you would be interested in selling please contact me.
